FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder having valve for supplying working medium placed on one end and a number of outlets positioned along cylinder generatrix and sleeve rotated by a drive mounted inside and having several holes corresponding to the number of outlets arranged as helix on sleeve surface. The sleeve is movable along axis and has ring-shape notches on the outer surface with through opening in sleeve wall. Each notch is shifted in axial direction by the same distance relative to each opening on the helix. The sleeve is axially reverse movable mounted to enable movement stroke to be less than or equal to step between the holes on the helix. The device enables one to supply working medium like water, air, aqueous solutions under pressure to a number of sprayers of massage device like bath or cabinet in two ways as sequential jet translation along the sprayer row or uniform distribution at the same time in all sprayers.
