FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering balneotherapy with 10-12 general purpose sodium chloride baths at 36-37 C during 10-15 min included into treatment course. The first 6 baths are administered every other day and the rest of them daily. Compresses containing 1-2% Tonus plus preparation solution are applied for 2-3 h to articulations injured by reactive synovitis or low frequency magnetotherapy is applied. Biologically active nutrient additive is administered at a dose of 1 drop in the morning and at daytime daily. Massage and medical training exercises are prescribed.
