FIELD: manufacture of cylindrical part such as shells from sheet materials. SUBSTANCE: two driven rolls are mounted in two struts of housing in bearing assemblies over freely rotating roll and they are driven to rotation from common drive unit to different sides. Each bearing assembly of one of said rolls may be moved upwards and downwards by means of manual screw transmission without disengagement. In order to provide possibility for rotating two driven rolls from the same drive unit in different sides, gear wheel and chain transmissions are used. In order to provide possibility for moving one of rolls upwards and downwards without disengagement of gear wheels, two links and lever are used. Said links are jointly connected one with another; links and lever are joined with gear wheels. Freely rotating roll is mounted under one of driven rolls in bearing assemblies arranged on ends of two levers rigidly joined one with another by bridge and having on other end semiaxles mounted in bearing assemblies on said struts with possibility of rotation. Freely rotating roll may be moved to side of driven roll at bending process due to rotation of double-arm lever mounted with possibility of rotation in bracket rigidly secured to mean portion of housing. On upper arm of double-arm lever holder with two supporting rollers is jointly mounted. Said supporting rollers engage with freely rotating roll in its mean portion equally spaced from roll bearing assemblies. Double-arm lever is spring-loaded to freely rotating roll and it is mounted on bracket in such a way that its rotation axis coincides with that of two levers. Lower arm of lever by means of bearing assembly with two semiaxles is joined with necking portion of weight screw having handwheel. Weight screw is joined with weight nut jointly mounted in groove of member whose other end is jointly connected with another bracket rigidly secured to rear wall of machine. In order to remove ready article, one upper driven roll (having one jointly mounted bearing assembly) may be shifted aside and it may be rigidly fixed in its working position by means of stopper. EFFECT: enhanced quality of articles, simplified design of machine due to lowered number of electromechanical driving mechanisms. 1 dwg
