FIELD: cellulose and textile industry. SUBSTANCE: monobasic organic acid, for instance acetic acid, sulfuric acid, and organic phosphonate are loaded in reactor provided with stirrer and cooling jacket, after which hydrogen peroxide is gradually added. Organic acid and hydrogen peroxide are taken in stoichiometric proportions and organic phosphonates in amounts 10 to 100 mg/l. Oxyethylenediphosphonic, nitriletrimethylenefhosphonic, and diazadiaminopropanoltetramethylenephosphonic acids can also be used. Solution is kept for 1 h. Method is simple in what regards hardware implementation. EFFECT: increased yield of peracids irrespective of hydrogen peroxide concentration and enabled preparation of storage-stable solutions effective in delignification and bleaching. 2 cl, 3 tbl, 20 ex
