SUBSTANCE: waterbased fluid contains 1.9-2.1% emulsion oil and 0.007-0.015% additive composed of, wt %: sodium succinate 90-92, sodium fumarate 2.0- 3.0, and mono-, di-, and trimers of isomeric forms of α, β- and β, γ- furanones 5.0-8.0. EFFECT: enhanced formation of lubricating films on contact surfaces of cutting tools and machined metal, and increased working capacity of cutting tool with small amounts of additive in lubricating fluid. 1 tbl
