SUBSTANCE: lubricating fluid is composed of, wt %: Emulsol EGT 2.0-3.0, glycerol 0.03-0.05, ammonium hydroxide 0.060-0.08, soda ash 0.30-0.70, and water- the balance. Use of lubricating fluid of invention results in increase in cutting tool endurance by 2.6-3.1 times, increase in cutting machining productivity up to 2.5 times, increased in biological resistance and stability by a factor of two.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics.
