FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves primary treatment of waste paper mass with chemicals in hydraulic splitter for 3-5 min at temperature of 60- 70 C, with rotor being stopped. Chemicals are sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, liquid soap and syntanol, with said components being used at predetermined ratio; tempering waste paper mass for 35-40 min, with rotor being switched on; adding 3-4% of hydrogen peroxide at the end of tempering stage. Method may be used for manufacture of sanitary and hygienic paper as well as other types of paper possessing increased absorbing capacity. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved consumer properties of paper. 1 dwg
