FIELD: snow fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bucket and handle. It comprises support movable table-frame, for instance, installed on sleigh runners. Table-frame is provided with vertical axle of rotation in pivot in middle of axle. Telescopic rocker is secured in upper part of vertical axle by means of horizontal axle. Support-and-slewing plate and slewing-and-stop device are installed on one arm of rocker. Rod of slewing-and- stop device is rigidly connected with bucket. Handles and device control levers and movable counterweight whose position can be fixed by stop screw are mounted on other arm of rocker. Counterweight is located on outer surface of rocker. It is expedient to make slewing-and-stop device in form of bracket on which support with horizontal axle of rotation can be secured around which rod can turn. Arm of rod free from bucket can rest on spring-shock absorber when lowering (lifting ob bucket), and it can come into engagement with bead of flexible collet by its end face. Collet is installed on bracket and is connected by cable with knockout -lever installed on control handle. One end of support-and-slewing plate is secured on rocker and is connected by cable with lever on control handle. Other end of plate can freely rest and get into engagement with plate of table-frame under gravity. EFFECT: reduced labor input and increased capacity at removing snow and lump ice. 5 cl, 4 dwg
