SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises working wheel with vanes, intake opening, suction branch pipe, skids and handle. It comprises also volute housing, wall adjoining said intake opening, guide vane communicated with suction branch pipe, one or several safety rings are arranged along outer edges of working wheel vanes. It incorporates also motor with working wheel emergent stop device with drive and protective casing, and motor control device to allow preset operating conditions. Note here that vanes are mounted at 5-20 degrees to generatrix of wheel surface.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of snow removal.
