FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing incorporating vessel filled with water and equipped with drain valve, platform for holding patient and moving him from horizontal lying position to inclined position, spine loading system, thigh belt, and thermometer. Vessel is made in the form of bath. Vertical guide for moving platform and spine loading system are mounted on casing. Apparatus is further provided with platform lifting system mounted on casing and adapted for lifting said platform to vertical position, when bath is to be cleaned. Platform lifting system is made in the form of column rigidly fixed on casing, where winch is positioned. Winch has traverse, which comes into engagement with platform, when the latter is lifted to vertical position. Apparatus is used for treating spine diseases and for osteochondrosis prophylaxis. EFFECT: increased efficiency of mobile apparatus, simplified construction and reduced maintenance costs. 3 dwg
