FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing solutions for hemodialysis used in medicinal practice in devices "artificial kidney" in preparing patients for transplantation of organs, in infectious and reanimation departments. Inorganic salts CaCl₂•6H₂O and MgCl₂•6H₂O are dissolved in purified water separately from salts NaCl, KCl and CH₃COONa•3H₂O and salts NaCl, KCl and CH₃COONa•3H₂O are dissolved at 80-90 C followed by their cooling. The solution containing salts CaCl₂•6H₂O and MgCl₂•6H₂O and solution containing salts NaCl, CH₃COONa•3H₂O and KCl are mixed at temperature 20-25 C. Invention provides standardization and stability of ionic composition of blood to be purified due to enhancement of uniformity of the concentrated solution composition and time reduction of its preparing.
