FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of mineral-organic fertilizers of prolonged action. Method involves interaction of alumosilicate-base sorbent with cultural fluid obtained after microorganisms culturing containing mineral components. Interaction is carried out in the process of microorganisms culturing at temperature 28-34 C, at stirring and aeration of cultural fluid with air taken in the amount from 0.2 to 1.0 air volume per volume of cultural fluid and sorbent. For fixation of bacterial cells and products of their metabolism on sorbent in the process of culturing pH value of cultural fluid is decreased by 1-2 units. The parent amount of the prepared saturated sorbent after interaction is from 5.0 to 20.0 wt.% of cultural fluid mass which is separated from liquid phase and dried at temperature from 50 to 100 C up to residual moisture 10-25 wt.%. Perlite or claydite is used as sorbent that is added to cultural fluid before growth onset of bacterial cells and production of metabolites in liquid at final stage of microorganisms culturing. Proposed mineral-organic fertilizers can be used in agriculture for any crops and as soil loosening agent directly and/or in combination with the known mineral-organic fertilizers.
