SUBSTANCE: method includes forming of brick burden by placing one article on another, thus arranging columns at clearances sufficient for free passage of heat-transfer agent. Brick burning is performed in shaft furnace whose burning channel is provided with vertical guides arranged in groups. Heat-transfer sources are located in clearances between guide passages; heat-transfer agent is supplied to clearances between laying surfaces.
