SUBSTANCE: tube has fins made from wire spring wound spirally; fins are provided on inner and outer surfaces of tube; fins on inner surface are made from spiral located on framework. According to invention, fins on inner surface are made in form of double spiral located on framework which is made in form of double spiral wire whose diameter ranges from 0.3 to 1.0 mm; pitch of spring ranges from 2 to 6 of wire diameters and pitch of spiral of outer winding ranges from 1 to 2 diameters of spring.
