FIELD: heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to prepare fluid fuel and fluid wastes containing organic substances for combustion. Proposed device comprises housing with cylindrical filtration element arranged therein, fuel inlet and outlet branch pipes and discharge branch pipe. It comprises also spiral arranged between the housing inner wall and filtration element and adjoining fuel feed branch pipe, the spiral lead reducing along fuel flow. Ratio of adjacent spiral leads is inversely proportional to square root of their distance from the filtration element end face nearby fuel feed branch pipe. The spiral ribs are made from the material that features coefficient of linear expansion higher than that of the housing and filtration element materials. Note that spiral is arranged with a minimum clearance with respect to the housing and filtration element. Note also that filtration element represents a spiral of wire wound in fuel motion direction onto cylindrical carcass and is furnished with lengthwise slots. The spiral turns are "buried" into said carcass for 1/2 of wire diametre. The distance between coils is subject to degree of fuel impurity. Heat exchanger cylindrical casing is attached to the device outer side, the said heat exchanger being furnished with heat carrier inlet and outlet branch pipes. "Pipe-in-pipe" ribbed heat exchanger is arranged inside and aligned with the cylindrical filtration element. Note that spiral ribs features undulating shape.

EFFECT: reduced fuel viscosity, higher quality of water-fuel mix (emulsion) and that fuel spraying in boiler furnace.
