DEVICE FOR HOLDING AND GUIDING ELONGATED OBJECTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2201026 C2

FIELD: electrical engineering; holding, guiding, and routing elongated objects. SUBSTANCE: separable and sealed device has top and bottom halves of casing each incorporating at least one clamping member, and also at least one member of junction section with tubular passage for bundled conductors formed between clamping members so that liquid tightness is ensured. Outer surface of junction section members is joined so that moisture-tight joint is formed with hole edge of wall. Each half of junction section casing is joined with clamping member in direction of elongated object passage and junction section members are formed so that they have steady dimensions, that is, torsion stiffness factor, and possess good tightness properties at least in vicinity of their spacing surfaces. Method is also proposed for holding, guiding, and routing elongated object. EFFECT: enhanced quality of device distinguished by reliable tightness and steady dimensions. 24 cl, 27 dwg
