SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing soil with fertilizer; providing multiple compaction and dispersion cycles, with dispersion cycle enhancing soil formation centers and uniform distribution thereof in deep plow layer. Apparatus has rotavator, mixing chamber with nozzles and conveyor. In the process of advancement on conveyor, produced mixture is compacted by roller and is further thrown onto crushing drum, which disperses it, and mixture is further compacted by roller.
