SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and treating elongated cuttings with growth promoter; planting elongated cuttings in substrate treated with nutrient solution; providing sprinkling and tightly wrapping boxes with polyethylene film and placing boxes on shelves equipped with daylight lamps; arranging shelve strips at distance of S from one another, where S=t1+t2+(0.1-0.15)m, where t1 is height of box; t2 is height of lamp; providing daily additional illumination for 8-9 hours and control checks in 15-20-25 days; sprinkling and, as moisture dries out from leaves, wetting ground. Method and apparatus are used for culturing citric and difficult-to-root tropical and subtropical plants in rooms.
