FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying medial crural surface and medial malleolus area anesthesia, selectively blocking nerve affected by the pathologic process and administering medicament composition via catheter set at the point of subcutaneous nerve localization determined as point of intersection of two lines one of which is horizontal one corresponding tibial tuberosity and vertical one running in parallel to tibia edge 1-1.5 cm apart from it. The composition has 15 ml of 2% lidocaine solution, 5000 ED of heparin and 30 mg of prednisolone holes to hollow organ wall thickness. Piercing the hollow organ is carried out somewhere apart from the perforated opening edges along the longitudinal axis of the hollow organ.
