FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: two sectors located on the posteromedial and posterolateral surfaces of the tibia are marked. These sectors are formed by two vertical median lines connecting the head of the fibula with the lateral ankle on the outside and the inner side of the femoral condyle with the medial ankle, and two inclined lines connecting the medial and lateral ankles respectively with the points located in the upper third of the shin at some distance in the direction of its posterior surface from the median lines. Then, inside the newly formed sectors, a percutaneous submerged suture is applied to the fascia, descending from the upper third of the shin to the ankles with a step-by-step advance of the needle with the thread by percutaneous needle insertion from one side of the sector, transdermal needle withdrawal from the other side and again needle insertion the into the same skin puncture, from which it came out. Fascia puncture is made just below the skin puncture, due to which fixative fascial bridges are formed. After the needle with the thread is moved in the downward direction, suture direction is reversed. At that, the step of the ascending suture is shifted in relation to the step of the descending suture by half, and as the thread ends reach the initial point in the upper third of the shin, they are connected by the type of application of the nodal immersion suture.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce operation traumatism, to improve the cosmetic properties due to the absence of skin incisions.
