FIELD: manufacture of cultural and welfare facilities, such as spoons, forks, wine- glasses, metal adornments made from material on base of zirconium with many-colored anode oxide film on their surfaces. SUBSTANCE: Material contains the following components, mass-%: oxygen, 0.001-0.08; iron, 0.003-0/015; calcium, 0.001-0.020; niobium (if necessary),0-2.7; admixtures, 0.01-0.35; the remainder being zirconium at relationship 11≥Nb/Σ(Fe+Ca)≥198,53.
