FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment designed to raise degree of extraction of oil and other evaporated fluids from oil source on- and off-land with attack on oil pool by highfrequency electric pulses, for example. Proposed gear includes electrodes in the form of electromagnetic radiator with screen-core in its space, feeding cable, generator of SHF signals, infralow frequency generator, high-frequency generator with accumulator of electron current, concentrator of electrons and additional electrode and unit to control generators with switch. Additional electrode is placed in space of electromagnetic radiator. It is mounted for vertical movement relative to radiator and is coupled to broadband output power amplifier. Sensors of natural electric field are installed on case of output power amplifier and concentrator for their phasing with signals from generators and for formation of resonance. EFFECT: raised degree of extraction of oil and other evaporated fluids from oil sources, simplified design and enhanced reliability and safety of gear, reduced oil production cost and increased ecological effectiveness. 1 cl, 5 dwg
