FIELD: processes of increase of recovery factor of oil or other evaporated fluids from surface or offshore oil sources by stimulation of oil-bearing formations with high- frequency electric pulses. SUBSTANCE: method includes location of electromagnetic wave radiator in well and location together with it, or separately of high-frequency electric field electrode. Oil formation is stimulated at initial period with electromagnetic waves of superhigh frequency of 15-30 kHz or frequency of 0.04-15 Hz until partial heating of formation. After that, oil formation is stimulated and/or by high-frequency electric field, which is phased with electromagnetic and natural electric fields for provision of mutual induction of electromagnetic and electric fields, their resonance and change of mechanical and physical properties of oil formation. EFFECT: increased recovery factor of oil or other evaporated fluids from surface and offshore oil formations, higher reliability and technology safety, reduced cost of oil recovery and higher economic efficiency. 3 cl
