FIELD: static electricity physics. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as effective means for ensuring reliable electrical connection between moving parts of vessels made of different materials so as to protect them against static electricity. To this end mechanical joints of electricity conducting member and its component parts are partially replaced by their contact connections with steady electric coupling ensured between them. Electricity conducting member is physically flexible and contacts component parts to which it is not mechanically joined minimum at two points; for this purpose it is divided into two parts at contact area.
