FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: proposed housing of solid-propellant rocket engine is provided with centering load-bearing belt with shoes (or with aerodynamic stabilizers) located on its cylindrical part. Shoes (or aerodynamic stabilizers) are mechanically secured on frame formed by skeleton secured by ring layers of composite material on housing and made in form of one or several rings interconnected by longitudinal strips. Longitudinal feet are connected to extreme rings, and ring layers of composite material are placed over longitudinal feet and longitudinal strips of skeleton. Rings of skeleton are made of isotropic material featuring high physical and mechanical characteristics (metal) of thickness sufficient (with due account of material characteristics) for making in them units for mechanical fastening of shoes(or aerodynamic stabilizers). Invention makes it possible to improve physical and mechanical characteristics of centering and load-bearing belt with shoes (or aerodynamic stabilizers) at reduction of its overall dimensions (thickness of fastening unit) and mass.
