SUBSTANCE: method involves providing around biological object location zone a concentrated polarized radiation of region screened from geomagnetic field and Troposphere-Earth current field. Apparatus has emitters 1,2, non-linear unit 3, biological object 4, commutators 5,6, activation unit 7 made in the form of generator of sequence of signals on series elements K 561, pulse generator 8, emitters 9,10, nonlinear unit 11, biological object 12, commutators 13,14. Emitters 1,2 and 9,10 are connected through nonlinear units 3,11 composed of nonlinear elements and control signal former. Bases of spirals are connected through nonlinear unit and top ends are connected through nonlinear element. Nonlinear elements are made in the form of members with nonlinear voltage-current characteristic. Similar leads of nonlinear elements are connected with control signal former, which may be made in the form of diode restrictors coupled to casing (earthing) or in the form of power source switched to circuit on resistor R29, capacitor C and inductance L. Method and apparatus are used for improving functional state of fungi cultures, such as oyster mushrooms, in the process of preparing seed material-mycelium and in the process of growing fruit bodies.
