FIELD: treatment of biological, physical and chemical substances for change of their properties. SUBSTANCE: device includes at least two electrically interconnected members made from current-conducting material; each member is made in form of spiral from material of crystalline structure; at least one spiral has torsional strain relative to tangent line to direction of turn of this spiral. Respective ends of spiral are communicated due to direct electrical contact and ends of at least two other spirals are communicated by means circuit including at least one element at non-linear volt-ampere characteristics or unit simulating for this characteristic. Spirals may be made in form of flat or three- dimensional structures. Element possessing non-linear volt-ampere characteristic or unit simulating for this characteristic is made in form of at least one microchip with microcontroller or microprocessor. Device may be provided with at least one mineral of crystalline structure and/or reservoir filled with liquid chemical compound; provision may be also made for supply of DC potential to spiral and/or simulated electrical and/or magnetic and/or electromagnetic signal.
