FIELD: material storage. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device preventing formation of hand-ups in process of unloading of material from hoppers of stationary and mobile storages. Proposed device has rod rigidly connected with hopper housing by its upper end. Rod is made hollow. Rod is provided with bushings with hinge-mounted bridge breakers in form of brackets with pins on their ends. Brackets are suspended from springs connected with movable holders and are adjustable in height of rod. Vertical pins are secured on rod. Shaft is installed inside rod. At least two half-turns of spiral made of elastic material are cantilever-mounted on lower end of shaft. Shaft is provided with drive for rotation and reciprocating motion. Bridge breakers are connected with movable holders by means of springs. Holders are located higher than brackets and are adjustable in height of rod. Joint operation of passive bridge- breaking elements (rods, springs, etc.) mounted on rod and active bridge breaking elements (shafts, half-turns of spiral) makes it possible to considerably increase flow out of loose material from hopper.
