SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of technological medium prepared beforehand to area of treatment of surfaces; said mixture contains hydrocarbon carrier and 0.008-0.03 mas.% of mixture of minerals ground preliminarily: α-chrysotile, ortho-chrysotile, ribbon lizardite, dolomite, catalyst and surfactant at the following ratio of components, mas.%: α-chrysotile, 25-35; ortho-chrysotile, 35-45; ribbon lizardite, 5-15; dolomite, 5-15; catalyst, 2-5; surfactant, 5-8; dispersivity of particles of mineral components and catalyst ranges from 0.1 to 4 mcm.
