FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in devices transferring dry concrete mixes and low slump mixes containing low percent of liquid phase and related to dehydrated mass. Proposed plunger pump has housing with suction port and delivery port, rotary gate for opening and closing said ports furnished with turning drive, and displacement member. Rotary gate is made in form of hollow cylinder with side port mating through outer surface with surface of bore made in housing and installed in housing bore. Displacement member is made in form of hydraulic cylinder provided with rod and piston to connect with housing, and cylinder installed coaxially with rotary gate for reciprocating. Suction port in housing is made similar to side port in rotary gate both in arrangement and shape. Length of each port is commensurable with travel of displacement member cylinder. Agitator is installed in housing over suction port. Shaft of agitator is mechanically coupled with turning drive of rotary gate.
