FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a filling tank, a pneumatic drive, a plunger pump an a set of connecting equipment. The plunger pump consists of a housing, a rod, a packing assembly, suction, delivery and dump valves and a plunger lubrication unit. A piston rod of pneumatic cylinder of pneumatic drive is connected to the plunger pump rod with smaller diameter. Delivery and suction valves with better operation reliability are two-seats ball valves. Also there is an oil lubricator connected to a filter-regulator providing a combined unit, it enriches natural gas (air) with oil. Into the oil lubricator from the outlet there screwed is a connection pipe for connection of joint hose to quick-disconnect socket which is connected to quick-disconnect plug of collector or to quick-disconnect plug of filling tank. The filling tank, the pneumatic drive, the plunger pump and the set of connected equipment are mounted on a bogie.
