FIELD: methods of preparation of hydrocarbon gas. SUBSTANCE: method includes stepped separation and cooling of gas in between stages, separation of hydrocarbon condensate of initial stages of separation, cooling it with condensate of last low-temperature stage of separation and using it as absorbent. Condensate of initial stages of separation is mixed with gas and mixture thus obtained is fed to last low-temperature stage of separation. Pressure of gas before mixing it with condensate of initial stages of separation is reduced by amount of losses of pressure of condensate of initial stages of separation in its cooling. Dehumidified gas may be used for gas lift producing of hydrocarbons which are used as absorbent after cooling with condensate of last stage of separation.
