FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of low temperature treatment of gas includes its primary treatment or separation from drop fluid and mechanical admixtures, input of a hydrate formation inhibitor into a flow of a treated hydrocarbon gas, cooling of this gas by means of recuperation of cold of condensed hydrocarbons and/or prepared gas, cooling with coolant, compression and cooling of coolant vapours with their conversion into fluid, supply of liquid coolant with reduction of its pressure for cooling of treated hydrocarbon gas, separation of cooled gas from liquid phase (condensed hydrocarbons and hydrate formation inhibitor), supply of treated gas after recuperation of its cold to a consumer. Compression and cooling of coolant vapours is carried out by means of their ejection by the hydrate formation inhibitor. The mixture produced as a result is separated into a coolant and a hydrate formation inhibitor, the coolant is supplied to cool the treated hydrocarbon gas, and the hydrate formation inhibitor is cooled, its pressure is restored and supplied for ejection compression and cooling of coolant vapours.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of hydrocarbon gas treatment, reduced capital, operational and power costs.
