FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: milking machine has vacuum pipeline, milk pipeline, pulsator, milk claw, teat cups, constant and variable vacuum hoses, constant and variable vacuum milk hoses, milk receiver mounted on control unit and made in the form of sleeve provided with diaphragm. Milking machine control unit has control valve with drive, change-over valve made in the form of cylindrical permanent magnet, and throttle valve, with said valves being located in casing. Casing and cover define control space, enclosing control valve drive membrane connected to control valve through stem, and magnet. During operation of milking machine in high- vacuum mode, constant and variable vacuum cavities are communicated through opening in partition wall mounted inside casing above control valve. Float and stem are positioned concentrically with respect to one another in milk receiver. Permanent magnet is positioned on float cavity bottom and adapted for holding control unit magnet in extreme upper position under low vacuum mode by closing opening communicating casing cavities with atmosphere. Milking machine of such construction allows machine milking procedure to be close to natural procedure by working in two modes: in teat stimulation phase and stripping under low vacuum mode and in main milking procedure under high vacuum mode.
