FIELD: timber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry machinery, particularly to skidders. Proposed machine contains chassis with rotary support member on which boom assembly 31 is installed with main slewing boom, rod boom connected for turning to main boom and support boom connected for turning to upper end of main boom or to rod boom. Boom assembly contains hydraulic cylinders for turning main boom, rod boom and support boom. Gripping device 32 for gripping felled tree on first section remote from lower end face of felled tree is connected to rod boom. Support member is attached to support boom. Said member used for interaction and application of lowering force to felled tree at second section of tree located closer to end face of tree than first section.
