SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting cranes. Proposed crane comprises running gear, rotary platform, movable counterweight, at least, one linear actuator, and, at least, one lever articulated with rotary platform and linear actuator. Said lever and actuator are arranged between rotary platform and counterweight and jointed thereto so that, in linear actuator pull-push displacement, position of counterweight varies relative to rotary platform. In handling operations, counterweight never thrusts on ground directly, but solely via running gear elements. Linear actuator comprises, at least, one rack-type transmission or hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: perfected design, decreased weight.
