SEMIAUTOMATIC BOTTLE WASHER AND ITS BOTTLE CARRIER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic-beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for washing nonstandard bottles. Proposed semiautomatic washer is provided with bottle loading-unloading sector and sectors of washing and rinsing of bottles located in direction of carrousel rotation. Carrousel carrying bottle carriers, shower heads for external rising and spray nozzles for internal rinsing of bottles is installed on central rotor. Brackets and two bottle carriers are secured in carrousel. Shower heads and spray nozzles are secured on housing in washing and rinsing sectors being installed at the same angular pitch over circumference as brackets and on the same circumferences as bottle carriers. Bottle carrier is made in form of central hollow tube with ring lower flange whose inner surface is provided with conical entry section, and at least three support rods enclosing central hollow tube with clearance and secured on side surface of its flange. Free edge of support rods is unclosed by support ring secured on rods and carrying bottle locks made in form of pins uniformly secured over circumference of support ring end face with orientation along axis of central hollow tube.
