FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: complex can be used in: alcoholic beverage industry for cleaning and washing of bottles. Semi-automatic complex consists of process line including tank for chemical washing and label soaking and washing machine. Said tank incorporates mechanism for sequence feed of bottles arranged on special holders in response to operator instruction. Tank solution is heated to preset temperature by two heating elements, temperature being controlled by built-in thermometre. Bottles are unloaded by second operator and loaded into washing machine. The latter consists of the chamber with bottle loading and unloading sectors. Chamber consisting of trough and transparent guard accommodates mechanical cleaning unit and bottle washing and rinsing sectors. Bottles are blown by compressed air at the chamber outlet. Bottles are fed by horizontally-mounted rotor with holders arranged thereon. Rotor rotation is performed by indexing appliance through preset pitch. Guide ring and guard are arranged central console to allow the bottles to rotate and prevent their falling out of the holders. Guard ring is provided with adjustable nozzles for outside and inside washing of bottles.

EFFECT: automated washing and rinsing.
