FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bearings designed for use as load-bearing support of propeller shafts. Proposed bearing includes cylindrical housing with great number of elastomer load-bearing sections placed inside housing. Said load-bearing sections are secured in housing owing to preliminary application of glue to inner surface of housing and inflation of special device inside housing to apply radial pressure to inner surface of housing. EFFECT: decreased friction coefficient, wear and cost of manufacture. 9 cl, 9 dwg
