FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bearings designed for use as carrying supports of shafts of propeller screws lubricated by water. Proposed bearing contains outer housing with central hole with central axis and inner surface defined by said central hole, and at least one carrying member arranged on said inner surface to provide contact and support shaft. Said carrying member is at least one carrying plate provided with great number of projections pointed inwards in direction of shaft and spaced along plate axis forming interrupted surface. Said projections are essentially contact means for contact with shaft, and spaces between projections form, together with shaft, pockets to hold lubricant. EFFECT: reduced friction torque in support, increased efficiency of bearing. 24 cl, 4 dwg
