FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying fertilizer, plowing, preliminary watering, sowing, vegetative irrigation and mowing of green mass into windrows with following threshing; simultaneously with plowing, forming water-absorbing slits and filling slits with plant and root remains and organic fertilizers; sowing seeds in parallel with slits, with slit spacing being equal to half or full width of drill; providing vegetative irrigation including drop irrigation at irrigation rate of 150-200 cu. m/ha in alternation with finely dispersed sprinkling at the rate of 20-50 cu.m/ha; applying liquid micro- and macrofertilizers.
