SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with annular bore having diameter exceeding that of seeding disk and depth exceeding thickness of seeding disk by value less than minimal size of seed. Part of disk end surface having radial size exceeding maximal size of seed at side of seed chamber adjoining disk outer surface has friction coefficient exceeding 0.7. Disk is mounted inside bore so as to define annular slot between casing and disk. Non-operating zone of annular slot extending from discharge opening to inlet window is closed with layer made in the form of part of ring.
