FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bin, casing and pneumatic seeding unit mounted on horizontal shaft inside casing. Casing is provided with inlet window for communication with bin. Air is supplied through excessive pressure nozzle. Working cylindrical surface of drum has elastic coating with friction coefficient of at least 0.65 and friction coefficient of seeds against casing is below 0.30. Air is admitted through slit defined between casing and drum end surface, said slit extending from inlet window to intake device and having size less than thickness of seeds to be sown.
