FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper, fruit crushing device mounted inside hopper, and device for separating seeds from crushed fruit heap. Fruit crushing device has row of passive knives with cutting edges on their front parts and drive rotor with T-shaped cutting members. Seed separating device is equipped with screws mounted in tiers and positioned for rotation in opposite directions. Screws are arranged under and above false ceilings formed as finger grids. Hopper has rod bottom. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 6 dwg
