FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: grinder has frame, feeding hopper, cutter-type drum equipped with drive, concave, rubbing auger with grid, tilt boards for collecting juice and seeds, chute for fruit flesh and conveyor for discharging fruit flesh. Peripheral edges of cutter-type drum are spaced from axis of rotation in logarithmic spiral. Cutter-type drum may carry three to nine blades. Grinder allows parts of equal thickness to be cut off from cucurbits crop fruit.
