FIELD: medicine, cardiology, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: patients should undergo echodopplercardiography. Speed-time parameters of transtricuspidal circulation are determined. Type of right ventricular filling is studied at the background of Walsalva's sample and at inhalation of hypoxic gaseous mixture. Pathological types of right ventricular filling should be revealed. Decreased diastolic reserve of right ventricle is diagnosed at detecting one of the pathological types of right ventricular filling. The method enables to detect decreased diastolic reserve of right ventricle at early stages of pathological process development. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 4 tbl
