FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining strong axes of each of anomalous astigmatism zones. Intervention zone is determined on each axis using computer tomography method. Strong axes and several radial lines are marked. The radial lines are set at an angle and symmetrically to strong axis. At least three non- perforating incisions of unequal length are done. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced degree of anomalous astigmatism. 3 dwg
