SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition with disinfecting, sporocidal and wound-healing properties comprising "Eplan" as chemotherapeutic agent and safety and effective dose of ammonium quaternary compound of the general formula: [RR₁N⁺R₂R₃]X^- where R, R₁, R₂, R₃ are organic substituents; X is hydroxide OH or halogen atom, or alkylphosphite as surface-active substance. Content of surface-active substance in composition is from 0.01 to 5 wt.%. The use of this pharmaceutical composition ensures to disinfect skin integuments from non-spore- and spore-forming forms of microorganisms being without damage of protective-barrier functions of skin effectively, to heal wounds effectively without essential effect on indices of general body state and without induction of allergic response reactions.
