FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with treating pathological preliminary period (PPP) by prescribing instenon intravenous injection by drops per 2.0 ml once daily in the morning and once daily in the evening perorally per 1 lozenge for 3-5 d, during next 2-5 d - only perorally per 1 lozenge thrice daily. The method enables to increase therapeutic efficiency in treating PPP and decrease the number of complications during delivery in mother and fetus. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
