FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to inject actovegin intravenously as infusion for the period of about 5-7 d thrice daily at a 4-h-long interval. The dosage of 5 ml (200 mg) should be dissolved in 200 ml sterile physiological solution to introduce it by drops till the onset of spontaneous pangs. Due to correcting mitochondrial disorders in myometrium before parturition the innovation prevents disorders of uterine contractile activity and fetal hypoxia during parturition.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
